Three pathways for women who want to close the gap between not drinking and actually living.
Wholeness-based recovery coaching for women who are questioning their drinking, trying to quit, or sober but still struggling.
Our sessions will be
-
PATTERN FOCUSED
We uncover the emotional and behavioral loops driving your choices—so you can stop repeating what you don’t want and start living from intention.
-
Nervous system aware
Sobriety and emotional stability are body-driven. I teach you how to regulate, ground, and stay with yourself—especially when you want to escape.
-
thought work driven
Your thinking shapes your experience. We examine the beliefs and stories keeping you stuck and build new ones that support the life you’re trying to create.
1:1 Coaching
For women questioning their relationship with alcohol.
You’re tired of the mental bargaining. The “Should I? Shouldn’t I?” The rules you make and break. You don’t know if you need to quit—only that something isn’t working.
In this pathway, we explore the patterns driving your drinking, what alcohol is actually doing for you, and the emotional discomfort you’ve been avoiding.
This isn’t about pressure or labels.
It’s about clarity.
CHOOSING SOBRIETY: 12-Week
For women who want to quit but can’t stay quit.
You’ve tried. You’ve set dates. You’ve made promises to yourself. And something—stress, a trigger, a moment of “fuck it”—pulls you back into the cycle.
This pathway builds the internal stability you need to hold the commitment you’re trying to make. We focus on emotional tolerance, pattern work, nervous system regulation, and real-time support.
This isn’t about willpower.
It’s about capacity.
1:1 Coaching
For women who are sober but still struggling.
You removed the alcohol, but not the internal chaos. You’re reactive, dysregulated, or performing “fine” while feeling anything but.
This pathway is the deeper work—identity, emotional patterns, nervous system repair, relationship patterns, and the parts of yourself you’ve been avoiding or abandoning.
Sobriety stops being survival.
It becomes wholeness.
