Sober Curious Exploration | 6 Weeks

Is alcohol serving you anymore?

Maybe you're not ready to call yourself an alcoholic. Maybe you don't have a "problem" by traditional standards. But something feels off. You're tired of the hangovers, the regret, the fog. You're wondering what life might look like without alcohol — or with a lot less of it.

This program is for people who are questioning their relationship with alcohol and want support exploring what's possible.

This isn't about labels or lifelong commitments. It's about clarity.

Emotional Sobriety & Reintegration | 12 Weeks

Sobriety is just the beginning. Learn how to live well without alcohol.

Maybe you've stopped drinking (or are determined to). But now what?

The world hasn't slowed down — friends still drink, stress still comes, emotions still rise. Sobriety can feel raw, disorienting, even lonely.

Without tools for emotional sobriety and reintegration, it's easy to feel like you're white-knuckling it.

This program bridges the gap between abstinence and emotional sobriety.

We focus on regulating the body, managing emotions, and building the kind of internal stability that allows you to move through life — work, relationships, and social situations — without turning back to old coping mechanisms.

High-Touch Partnership | 6 Month Partnership

This is not a casual coaching program.

It's an immersive partnership for people who want the highest level of support as they return to life sober.

For six months, I'm in your corner — daily access, weekly sessions, and immediate tools when you need them.

Together, we'll build the emotional sobriety, boundaries, and resilience you need to stay steady and thrive.
